WFUNERALNET S.L., informs the users of its web page www.wfuneralnet.com, through this Privacy Policy, about the treatment and protection of the personal data of the users that may be collected through their browsing or contracting of the services provided in this web site, and whose consent must have been expressed in the user's registration.

By means of the registration forms on this website or the sending of electronic mail, personal data of each user are collected and processed which are necessary for the management and maintenance of some of the services provided and the processing of which is governed by this Privacy Policy.

The Data Controller undertakes to apply the computer security measures provided for in the aforementioned regulations, with the aim of preventing access to or improper use of the data, its manipulation, deterioration or loss.

3. LENGTH OF DATA STORAGE

The Data Controller undertakes to store and manage the personal data and information collected through this website with due confidentiality for as long as the relationship is maintained and the person concerned does not request its deletion, and, where appropriate, for a period not exceeding 5 years, counting from the end of the commercial relationship established between the user and WFN. However, the Data Controller may keep the data, duly blocked, in order to attend to possible administrative or jurisdictional responsibilities.

4. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

The operations, management and technical procedures, whether automated or not, which make possible the collection, storage, modification, transfer and other actions on personal data, are considered to be the processing of personal data.

On the other hand, only third parties with whom WFN has a legal or contractual obligation to provide them will have the right to access this personal data, including, for example, but not limited to, insurance companies and/or funeral parlours and/or groups that have contracted our services and are in turn users of the website, the Ombudsman, Judges and Courts interested in the procedures related to the claims presented, and banks and/or financial institutions for the collection of the contracted services.
